Spring HAS Sprung

I know, it is hard to believe, but spring IS actually HERE! We've had a great week. We've gone for nature walks, played baseball, played at the park, gone for bike rides, flew kites, done spring yard work, and have just enjoyed seeing the sun! Enjoy the pictures...

Spring

The calendar says that spring is here, but Mother Nature won't cooperate. We are still inside playing with playdough! The weather man says we should see spring tomorrow and next week though! I'll keep you posted.

Happy EASTER

The day before Easter we woke up to 6 inches of fresh white snow! We went to Gma and Gpa Hughlett's house for an (indoor) Egg Hunt, this is what we found in their front yard! Some other cousins beat us to their house and built a SNOW-BUNNY before we got there!

Happy Birthday Handsome!

Happy Birthday to my handsome husband! His birthday is really March 14th, but this was the day we sang happy birthday to him and had candles for him to blow out...according to our 3 year old, it was his "real" birthday party!! :)

Family "Fun"

For "fun" one day at dinner, Aaron told us all that he would be serving brownies for dessert. Our brownie size would be based upon our behaviour at dinner! I think I was a pretty good girl, what do you think?!?!? hee hee

Living in MICHIGAN!

This picture represents one of the things I love most about living in Michigan. This is Chandler's cousin. They are great friends and love to spend time together. I love the babysitting trades with cousins. I love to have my nieces and nephews over to play. I hope they will always be great friends. Can't wait until they starting dating each other's friends!!!

Pine wood derby

Chandler's 2nd pine wood derby...only 1 more for him and 3 more for Jacob...but who's counting?!?!?

100th day of school

Jacob's tie has 100 paper clips on it and his hat has 100 streamers on it...don't believe me?? GO ahead and count them!!

Snow Snow Snow

Even though it has been 3 months since I've last posted, this is ALL you have missed.... SNOW SNOW SNOW!! If I NEVER see another snowflake the rest of the life, I will be alright! We are now on record as the 4th highest snow fall in one year. It has been crazy!!! Did I mention that our snow blower broke last year and we never got it fixed?! My back still hurts thinking about the snow I've shovelled. Where is spring???
