Brooklyn's "Baby"

Last night, Brooklyn asked us if Max could sleep in her room when she was going to bed. She moved his bed (dog pillow) into her room. We went in to check on her before we went to bed and this is what we found... She was snuggling her "big baby" and her other "baby", Max was tucked into his bed with all of her pillows and any blanket that she could find to lay on top of him. Doesn't Max look comfy??? She even gave him his own bear to cuddle.
He was SO comfy that he stayed like this ALL night long!!!

Making Christmas Candy

One of my favourite things to do is make Christmas candy...maybe because I love to eat it so much! This year I had 2 little helpers. The candy we made was perfect for little people. There was a lot of unwrapping of Hershey's Kisses and Rolos. You place the candy on a pretzel, put it in the oven on 250F for 3 minutes and then push the candy down with an M&M. Yummy! Since it was so cold, I put the cookie sheet outside so the candy would cool and we could enjoy the treat sooner!

Jacob's Christmas Concert

Jacob got to sing a solo/duet part for the 2nd verse of Frosty the Snowman in his school Christmas concert. He sang like his Grandma...beautifully on tune...UNlike his Grandpa! Make that, BOTH Grandpa's!! :)

Teeth

Here was Jacob a few weeks ago... We weren't sure how this tooth was holding on, but he didn't want anyone to pull it out! Now, "All he wants for Christmas is his 2 Front Teeth" ....
